The website code uses two browser storage entries: one remembers your response to the notice and the other temporarily holds the number you just looked up so the result page can display it. These technologies are not HTTP cookies, but we list them here for clarity.

Maps and third-party resources
Area code pages load the Leaflet library from unpkg.com and map tiles from tile.openstreetmap.org. When these resources load, your browser connects to those services and sends technical request data such as your IP address. We do not use these services to enable analytics or advertising. Their storage practices may change and are outside this website's control.
How to manage or delete this data
You can reopen “Cookie preferences” from the footer of any page and change the response saved for the notice. You can also delete codigoarea.com data through your browser settings. The number used in a lookup is removed from session storage when you close the tab. Blocking browser storage may prevent the notice from remembering your response or the results page from receiving the number you entered.
If we add analytics, advertising, or other optional cookies in the future, we will update this list and request the required consent before enabling them.
